Stuck in the house for winter? Get Moving!

When your stuck in doors for cold months it's easy to get a bit down. Just because your stuck in the house doesn't mean you can't get some exercise in. Turn on your favorite music and dance around the house. Grab a few hula hoops and get those hips moving. If there is enough room you can stretch your muscles.
